FREE SHIPPING

Free US shipping on orders $100 and up. If the weight of the package exceeds 10 LBS, then the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We will bill the email address on file when the order is ready to be shipped.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours before tracking information becomes available. Please note the delivery date you see is an estimated delivery date and NOT a guaranteed time or date.  Please ensure your email address is correct and our address is not listed as spam. Shipping information may not be visible on weekends.

Free shipping offer not valid for international orders (see information on international orders below), APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. Free shipping is ultimately determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied. Select items are ineligible for free shipping.

 

SAME DAY SHIPPING

My Good Protective Sis reserves the right to ship certain items on same day purchases. Same day shipping may be based upon item availability. Typically, these orders are placed before 12:00pm Eastern Time. **Please note this does not include made-to-order units and custom orders. Made-to-order units and custom orders have an estimated standard processing time of 14-21 business days plus shipping and handling time. Units can arrive sooner, but please understand standard processing time and shipping time are separate. *Visit items on these pages to learn more.**   

We do not ship on observed national holidays or weekends. 

Orders may be delayed when Same Day Shipping items are combined with items not considered as Same Day Shipping items.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Items are subject to availability and are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

FRAUD 

All orders are subject to a fraud risk analysis. This may entail billing address verification. If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we may request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order. This is to ensure the order is not fraudulent. My Good Protective Sis reserves the right to cancel any order, issuing a refund if your billing address cannot be verified.

 

CARRIER OR COURIER SERVICES

Due to COVID, some orders may take longer to process. We value your loyalty and patience during these unprecedented times. We are working around the clock to ensure your wait time is minimized. However, we ask that you remain patient in the event of an occasional delay.

If first class shipping is selected, your order is at risk of taking up to 30 days of reception due to carrier or courier delays outside of our control. Alternative standard shipping is offered as a selection on the website. If alternative standard shipping proceeds without delay, then shipping will take 3-8 business days.

 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.  This ensures delivery, minimizing the risk of items being lost or stolen. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS

My Good Protective Sis is not responsible for lost or stolen items during or after delivery. Pick-up orders are good for thirty days. We are not responsible for unclaimed orders after the thirty day grace period.

If an order is lost or stolen, please contact the postal or courier service.

We will not assume shipping costs if a customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout.  A new product can be shipped after re-shipping costs have been paid. A re-ship fee is assessed for all returned items requiring re-shipment.  If you decide you would like to cancel the order after it is returned to us, then a re-shipment fee will be assessed, along with a re-stock fee.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

International shipping is available. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, fees, or additional costs that may incur. Customers agree to pay all fees pertaining to their packages. Cardboard packaging can be removed to reduce shipment dimensions. International shipping may take up to 2 weeks to receive after shipment. A tracking number will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours before tracking information becomes available. Please note the delivery date you see is an estimated delivery date and NOT a guaranteed time or date.  Please ensure your email address is correct and our address is not listed as spam. Shipping information may not be visible on weekends. Reimbursements for undelivered orders due to unpaid customs and duty fees are not permitted. We do not accept returns for international orders. 

 

ORDER RETURNS

We will not assume shipping costs if a customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout.  A new product can be shipped after re-shipping costs have been paid. A re-ship fee is assessed for all returned items requiring re-shipment.  If you decide you would like to cancel the order after it is returned to us, then a re-shipment fee will be assessed, along with a re-stock fee.
