MyGPS Rewards Terms and Conditions
1.A What is MyGPS Rewards?
MyGPS Rewards is our free rewards program that is currently available to our US customers only. When you join MyGPS Rewards, you will earn points on product purchases and other customer actions like creating a store/customer account and referring friends. Your participation in the MyGPS Rewards program is governed by this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.
1.B How do I join MyGPS Rewards?
You can sign up for MyGPS Rewards online by creating a store/customer account. Point accrual begins immediately as the customer is rewarded 15 points. By signing up to MyGPS Rewards, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you don't yet have an account with MyGPS, you will need to create one before you can sign up. There is no sign-up fee to join MyGPS Rewards. If you change your mind and want to cancel your participation in MyGPS Rewards, please contact us by email at CustomerService@MyGoodProtectiveSis.com and we will arrange for your MyGPS Rewards account to be closed.
1.C Account information and communications.
Any personal information you provide to us in connection with the MyGPS Rewards program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in MyGPS Rewards, you will receive emails from us relating to your membership. This may include emails informing you that you have enough points to redeem a coupon or that you have enough dollars spent to move to the next Tier. If you do not want to receive these emails, you will have the option to unsubscribe from them, although some are required for the proper functioning of the MyGPS Rewards program.
1.D How it works.
Points can be redeemed for rewards which enable you to receive a discount on future product purchases.
Step 1: Opt in to MyGPS Rewards. You'll automatically get 15 points just for doing this.
Step 2: Earn points for purchases (in-store and online) and for other customer actions like signing up to our newsletter and referring friends.
Step 3: Climb the Tiers by making purchases. At higher Tiers, members earn even more points and unlock gifts and exclusive benefits.
Step 4: Redeem your points for coupons which give you money off purchases. You can also claim special promotions and access exclusive perks, depending on your Tier.
1.E What benefits will I receive?
The benefits you receive as part of the MyGPS Rewards program depend on your Tier. If you unlock a higher Tier, you can earn points faster and get additional benefits. The benefits are subject to availability and change. Those available to you at any time will be shown on the MyGPS Rewards dashboard when you log into your account. MyGPS reserves the rights to substitute and/or change the benefits at any time at its discretion.

1.F Notifications about benefits.
Depending on your Tier, we will contact you to let you know how you can gain access to multiplier days, sales and products. In order to receive these emails, you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing emails from My Good Protective Sis.
1.G How do I earn points?
You can earn points for every $1 you spend at MyGPS (both online and in-store), excluding money spent on gift cards, taxes, shipping and delivery charges. Please contact us for a full list of exclusions. You will not earn any points on prior purchases made before you joined MyGPS Rewards. You can also earn points for the following customer actions:

Unlimited. You can refer as many people as you'd like. You will receive 100 points (a $10 value) each time a friend you referred, in accordance with these terms and conditions, makes their first purchase, as long as they are new to the MyGPS Rewards program. They, too, will receive $10 off their first purchase. Existing MyGPS Rewards members are not eligible to be referred. |

1.H How do I progress to the next Tier?
By purchasing products online or in-store. For example, if you spend $101 in a calendar year, your Tier will be Model and if you spend an additional $200 in the same calendar year (a total of $301), your Tier will be Mogul. Once you reach a certain Tier, you will remain in this Tier until the end of the following calendar year (unless you reach the Tier(s) above during this period).
1.I What kinds of purchases count?
All products purchased in the MyGPS store or on MyGoodProtectiveSis.com, except for the purchase of gift cards, will go towards your Tier advancement. If you purchase products using coupons, discount codes or promotions, you will earn points on the discounted price at checkout. You can earn points for purchases made using a gift card, but you cannot earn points for purchasing a gift card.
1.J How do I spend my points?
You will see options on how to redeem your points in the REWARDS area of the MyGPS Rewards dashboard. Redeem your points for coupons in increments of 200 points. For example, you can exchange 300 points for a $15 coupon or 500 points for a $20 coupon. You must redeem your points for coupons within 365 days from the date on which you earned them, otherwise they will expire. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. You cannot use your points or a coupon to purchase a gift card.
1.K How do I redeem Welcome and Birthday Points?
Once you have created your account, your Welcome Points will appear in the Rewards area of the MyGPS Rewards dashboard. Your Birthday Points will appear in your dashboard on the first day of your birth month. If allotted, the discount percentage of your Birthday Award will be determined by your Tier at the first day of your birthday month. Taxes and shipping are not included.
1.L How long do my benefits last?
Rewards and perks must be used in the timeframe allotted. You can check the allotted timeframe on your MyGPS Rewards dashboard.
1.M How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance in your MyGPS Rewards dashboard. The history of your points activity should also be displayed. Points do not always accrue immediately and can take some time to show up on your balance.
1.N How do I refer a friend?
Once you sign up to MyGPS Rewards, you can share your personal $10 off referral link with family and friends. Your referred friends must use the link to receive their $10 code. You will receive 100 points (a $10 value) after your referred friend makes their first purchase. MyGPS Rewards members are not eligible for referral awards or points.
1.O Can I use my rewards with other discounts, promotions or coupons?
You can only use one reward, discount code, promotion or coupon at a time. For further information about your use of coupons, including restrictions on what products you can use them for, please see section 1.Q of our Terms and Conditions.
1.P Can I transfer my points or benefits to another account?
Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred to, merged with or redeemed by or between customers. However, if you redeem your points for a reward or benefit, you can then give them to someone else; these must not be sold. We track points and benefits using your email address. There is a limit of one MyGPS Rewards account per customer. Attempting to sell or transfer points is prohibited.
1.Q Restrictions.
We may suspend, limit or prevent you from redeeming points, using benefits or otherwise from participating in the MyGPS Rewards program if we suspect that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of this policy or our Terms and Conditions. This may include but is not limited to: (i) creating multiple accounts; (ii) making false referrals; (iii) reselling products (including those obtained through MyGPS Rewards); (iv) using any script, bot, data mine or other automated means to abuse or attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the MyGPS Rewards program; or (v) otherwise going against the spirit of the program, such as by improperly or unfairly acquiring, accumulating or spending points.
1.R Cancellation and amendment.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this policy, including the benefits available, at any time. Reward points, benefits or coupons can be terminated at any time at our discretion. We also reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to suspend or terminate any customer's account if a virus or technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of our Website or the MyGPS Rewards Program, or otherwise breaches this policy or our Terms and Conditions.

1.T Disputes.
In the event of a dispute arising relating to the application or administration or the MyGPS Rewards Program including those relating to points, benefits, rewards or coupons (a "Dispute"), My Good Protective Sis’ decision on the matter will be final. The sole and exclusive remedy of a participant in the MyGPS Rewards program in the event of a Dispute shall be the issuance of points, coupons or other benefits, if available, or such other comparable benefit as determined by MyGPS in its sole discretion. In no event shall My Good Protective Sis have any other liability to the participant whatsoever.
1.U Personal data.
My Good Protective Sis (MyGPS) is a Lane Mag, LLC company. We are the data controller of any personal information collected about you from you in relation to MyGPS Rewards. Any personal information will be used in accordance with data protection legislation, other applicable laws and these terms and conditions.
