Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 11AM-3PM ET. Services provided before or after said time is by appointment only. We are closed on Sunday. For customer service, please contact CustomerService@MyGoodProtectiveSis.com and allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

 

What is your refund policy? Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. No refunds on sale items or gift cards. All terms are agreed upon at checkout. No exceptions.  

What if my item arrives damaged? Your order is handmade with love. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if the item is defective or damaged. Also contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if you have received the wrong item. You may email us at CustomerService@MyGoodProtectiveSis.com with your name, order number, reasoning or issue, and a photo or video of the defect, damage, or incorrect item. If you are unable to send a photo or video to prove the products have not been tampered with, then we can not assist you.  

Do you offer free shipping? Free US shipping is available on orders $100 and up. If the weight of the package exceeds 10 LBS, then the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. Free shipping offer is also not valid for international orders, APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. Free shipping is ultimately determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied. Select items are ineligible for free shipping.

Do you offer same day shipping? Only on Mondays before 12pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm Monday and orders placed Tuesday-Friday ship the next business day.  **Please note this does not include made-to-order units or custom orders. Visit items on these pages to learn more.** We do not ship on observed national holidays or weekends. Orders may be delayed when Same Day Shipping items are combined with items not considered as Same Day Shipping items.

What if my item is stolen or lost? My Good Protective Sis is not responsible for lost or stolen items during or after delivery. Please contact the postal or courier service. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Pick-up orders are good for thirty days. We are not responsible for unclaimed orders after the thirty day grace period. 

I accidentally noted the wrong shipping address. Can this be changed? Once an order is submitted, changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, et cetera). A new product can be shipped after re-shipping costs have been paid. A re-ship fee is assessed for all returned items requiring re-shipment.  If you decide you would like to cancel the order after it is returned to us, then a re-shipment fee will be assessed, along with a re-stock fee.

How do I join the "MyGPS Rewards" program? Customers with store accounts will automatically earn points for purchases. If you do not have a store account, create one now! Points can be redeemed for rewards which enable you to receive a discount on future product purchases.

How do I earn points? Create a store account and automatically receive 15 points towards your next reward. Get one point for every dollar you spend (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and gift card purchases). Climb the tiers by making purchases. At higher tiers, members earn even more points and unlock even higher rewards. Refer a friend and receive 50 points towards your next reward when your friend makes a purchase using your referral link. Receive 15 points towards your next reward during your birthday month. How do I check my reward balance? Log in to your store account. On the bottom left of the page, click “MyGPS Rewards.” Your account will load showing your points balance, upcoming rewards, and more.

How can I use my reward points? Use your points to redeem rewards as discount codes. You can apply the discount code on the payment page during checkout. One discount code can be used per order.

Will my reward points expire? Points expire according to the following scheme:
